Poor Packaging
We had to return this product multiple times due to broken parts. Specifically the plastic step-supports on the main poles. The manufacturer uses tightly wrapped bubble-wrap to protect these parts and the sharp corners end up with no protection. They either need to use a lot more bubble wrap or better yet molded styrofoam.
Be sure to check for the broken parts - if the supports are damaged the ladder could conceivably collapse during use.More detail ...
