Poor Packaging
We had to return this product multiple times due to broken parts. Specifically the plastic step-supports on the main poles. The manufacturer uses tightly wrapped bubble-wrap to protect these parts and the sharp corners end up with no protection. They either need to use a lot more bubble wrap or better yet molded styrofoam.
Be sure to check for the broken parts - if the supports are damaged the ladder could conceivably collapse during use.

Great Pool but allow more than 15 minutues to set it up.
I purchased this pool last year for my family. It might only take 15 minutes to set up if you have help...it took more than 15 minutes just to get the ground cloth the way I wanted it. Your ground MUST MUST MUST be level. If it's off more than 1 inch you're in trouble. Don't try filling it higher than the instructions say or you'll have one of your children going over the top (which they loved and asked if they could do again I said no) with 100 gallons of water or so. The instructions say to run the filter for something like 5-6 hours per day. No you need to run the filter 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Forget the little floating Chlorine tablet thing. Go buy the small 1 inch chlorine tablets and fill the center of the filter after it's in the pump container with the tablet. Refill every 2-3 weeks when you change or clean the filter. You can take the filter out and clean it with the hose and/or soap and water/hose instead of putting out $7.00 every 3 weeks for a new filter. I've learned all this by doing it the wrong way and then talking with the pool guys and learning the right way. But after it's all set up and going it's so much fun even for the adults. You just have to be committed to keeping it going. And you save water by not having to dump it out every few days.

Ladder weight to 150ls
This ladder is great if your under 150lbs. If your 155lb friend wants to cool off-they can't they are too heavy to get on this ladder. Keep this in mind.I am purchasing a ladder that holds up to 225lbs so this is costing me 80.00 more.

Assembly not for the Unhandy
I received my Roll-guard ladder 1 week ago. Assembling this ladder is not for the faint hearted or the unhandy. There are 22 parts. Many assembly steps require 6 hands and good balance. All assembly steps require a heavy rubber hammer and a sharp knife. The parts all had sharp bits of plastic left from the manufacturing process that had to be removed. Pay close attention to the parts that will contact your pool liner. My son and I received several cuts on our hands from the plastic parts. Most of the mating areas still had a thin layer of plastic covering then that had to be cut or drilled out before the parts would fit together.
To top it off our ladder arrived without instructions or hardware. We had to look-up the instructions online. We contacted Confer imediately about the missing parts and still haven't gotten them.
The ladder feels very tippy when you climb it. If you have a 48 inch pool you should know that this ladder is VERY high. The Tambor door moves very stiffly. You need 2 hands and a lot of strength to get it moving. My wife couldn't do it at first! We sprayed silicone spray in the track and that helped a little. Hopefully getting the hardware will help with these problems.
All in all I would give Confer a B for design and a D for execution.
